Madame Vicky, Bukidnon Governor Jose Zubiri’s wife, looked beautiful and happy while watching the 8 contingents that vied for the street dancing competition plum.
Daughter Stephanie Zubiri as well as other members of the Zubiri clan were also spotted at the stage.
