Manoy Zubiri-endorsed Php 72M Kadingilan road now turned over

A 5.9 kilometer road in the Municipality of Kadingilan, Bukidnon, a project endorsed by Bukidnon 3rd District Congressman Manuel “Manoy” Zubiri, has been formally turned over.

Although the Department of Agrarian Reform-MinSAAD project was funded by the Government of Japan through the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), it was Zubiri’s endorsement that became the basis in the justification and approval of the project, according to DAR Provincial Project Manager Norberto Paquingan.

The 5.9 kilometer road covers Matampay to Cabadiangan, Kadingilan and was allotted a Php 72 Million budget.

Manoy Zubiri has pledged to source funds for the remaining 1.2 kilometer to complete the loop, according to Paquingan.

The newly turned over road crosses through corn, sugar cane and cassava plantations. It will serve a crucial farm-to-market role in the said municipality.
