Kaamulan 2026 Grand Opening night featuring Gigi de Lana cost Php 3,995,000
The Provincial Government of Bukidnon spent Php 3,995,000 for the “entertainment package – celebrity performer” during the Kaamulan Festival 2026 Grand Opening held last March 19, 2026 at the Capitol Grounds, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon. The contract was based on RFQ No. G-2026-01-000964.

Klook.comPublic records show that based on a Notice of Award dated February 12, 2026, EventsPro Artists and Events Management Services, a business located in Quezon City, Metro Manila, was awarded the contract “ENTERTAINMENT PACKAGE CELEBRITY PERFORMER: KAAMULAN (ENTERTAINMENT AND PRODUCTION – GRAND OPENING)” equivalent to Three Million Nine Hundred Ninety Five (Php 3,995,000).
A Notice to Proceed was subsequently received on March 5, 2026.
The said amount does not include other related expenses.
The Kaamulan 2026 Grand Opening event featured Gigi de Lana, Robb Guinto and Over October. The show turned controversial when Vivamax actress Robb Guinto called male participants onstage and made them “moan” during a supposed game.
