Because the Province of Bukidnon is where a lot of pineapple plantations can be found, then it’s no surprise that the design of the most-awaited Bukidnon airport features a pineapple-inspired one.

It’s been a long time coming but the Bukidnon airport, located at Maray-Maray, Municipality of Don Carlos, is finally taking shape.

According to Senator Juan Miguel “Migs” Zubiri, the groundwork at the Don Carlos, Bukidnon airport is now 80 percent complete and a Php 630 Million bidding for the concretion will be held early November 2019. Senator Migs Zubiri personally shared this to our sister site, multi-award winning blogger, publicist and social media specialist Mindanaoan.

Senator Migs Zubiri also told Mindanaoan that he is working on amending the national budget for next year in order to add at least ONE BILLION. He hopes that the project will be done by 2022.
