Currently, travelers from Malaybalay take Sayre Highway to reach CDO.

“A meeting held last March 25, 2021 at the Barangay Hall of Puerto attended by Barangay officials of Bugo, Puerto and Balubal focused on the environmental impact of this project on affected Barangays. CLENRO with its head Engr Armen Aviola Cuenca led the discussion with officials from DPWH,” Cabanlas added.
