While we’re waiting for more answers, we thought of asking two of our Bukidnon congressman as to what they thought of President Aquino’s SONA 2011.

BukidnonOnline.com got in touch with two members of Congress.

Here’s what Bukidnon 1st District Congressman Jess Paras and Bukidnon 2nd District Florencio Flores, Jr. have to say: (please note that these congressmen sent these statements to BukidnonOnline.com via text message)

Paras: “It was a sincere speech. It gives us Filipinos hope for a change in our ways which can lead to a better life for all.”

Flores: “For me, the statements were generalized rather than specific. I believe the people and I were expecting more concrete accomplishments, definite plans for his second year.”

There.

So apart from sharing with us your thoughts about PNoy’s State of the Nation Address 2011, we would also like to know what you thought of our congressmen’s opinions. Do you agree with any (or perhaps both) of them? Please share your thoughts below. Thanks!
