Video: Bukidnon Second District Rep. Florencio Flores, Jr. interpellated in Congress
Have you ever been curious as to what happens in the Lower Congress or House of Representatives? Have you ever wondered how our Bukidnon congressmen fare in Congress especially during plenary sessions? We here at BukidnonOnline.com have witnessed countless of plenary sessions, committee hearings etc in both Lower Congress and Upper Congress (Senate) — we were even there during the Senate inquiry about the proposed Bukidnon del Sur years ago — but we know that a lot of our readers have not been to either Congress yet.
Well, here’s a video showing Bukidnon Second District Rep. Florencio Flores, Jr. being interpellated by Paranaque Rep. Roilo Golez. The Bukidnon congressman delivered a speech in Congress and criticized the Department of Energy for its alleged slow action on Renewable Energy efforts.
To be honest and fair, Congressman Flores had really good points and raised very good arguments. We’re glad that he was able to hold his own against a veteran congressman like Golez. As you all know, Flores is only on his first term as congressman.
