Malaybalay Public Market temporarily closed
The Malaybalay City Public Market at Barangay 9 will be temporarily closed this week.
From September 8 to 10, 2020, the Malaybalay Public Market will be closed for disinfection and other sanitation activities.
This, following the confirmed local COVID-19 transmission cases.
On September 3, 2020, the Malaybalay local government unit confirmed that a 41 year old female, who has a stall at the marke and sells peanuts, tested positive for the virus. A nurse from Malaybalay Polymedic Hospital, who attended to the said patient, also tested positive.
