Kaamulan Grounds Bukidnon
Here are new photos taken at the Kaamulan Grounds in Malaybalay City, Bukidnon.
For the uninitiated, the Kaamulan Grounds is a nature park in Bukidnon and is home to many “tulugans” (sleeping places). You can also find the Folk Arts Theater and the Bukidnon Tourism Office at the Kaamulan Grounds. However, the main reason why a lot of locals and tourists alike visit the Kaamulan Grounds Bukidnon is because it is the testament of Bukidnon’s rich culture and fascinating mix of tribes.
At the Bukidnon Kaamulan Grounds, you can feel and appreciate not only the beauty of nature but of diversity and tradition as well.
Bukidnon is home to 7 hill tribes namely Bukidnon, Higaonon, Talaandig, Manobo, Matigsalug, Tigwahanon and Umayamnon.
When you’re in Malaybalay City, you can just take a motorela (public utility tricycle) and ask the driver to take you to the Kaamulan Grounds. It’s well within city limits and just behind the Provincial Government buildings.
