Atty. Oliver Owen Garcia has great programs for his constituents. He’s so hardworking and really allots much of his time to serve.

On a personal note, Atty. Babba is a dear, dear friend who will always be there if you need his help. We also have so much respect for his parents, especially his mom Tita Lolita (Tita Lolita was the president of the Girl Scouts Bukidnon Council and she’s now a part of the regional office family), and his wife Ma’am Haidee. They’re still so lovey-dovey! We have also personally seen how loving a father he is towards his children. Being a great family man is one trait that public servants must have, methinks.
