Bukidnon LGUs to receive Php 30M worth of projects each
All Bukidnon cities and towns will receive a fixed amount worth of projects each. The Provincial Government of Bukidnon (PGB) is preparing for the release of Php 660 Million worth of projects for the 2 cities and 20 towns in the province.
Each local government unit (LGU) is set to receive Php 30 Million worth of development projects, according to Governor Jose Ma. Zubiri, Jr.
Zubiri recently announced this to all of the Bukidnon mayors and heads of offices of the PGB during a program held at Kaamulan Folk Arts Theatre, Kaamulan Park on January 18, 2021. He said the cheques will be released this week to the LGUs.
The LGUs have already identified priority projects where the money will be spent on.
The PGB annually extends money to the LGUs in order to help fund developmental projects. (with report from special Bukidnon Online correspondent Mel Madera)
