Valencia City Bukidnon vice mayor dies of cardiac arrest
VALENCIA CITY | BUKIDNON NEWS | POLITICS | GOVERNMENT – The person dubbed as “Doctor ng Masa” has died. He was 71 years old.
Valencia City Vice Mayor Dr. Benjamin Verano was pronounced dead March 9, 2010. He died of cardiac arrest. Verano was supposed to seek re-election for his third term as Valencia City’s vice mayor.
Valencia City Mayor Leandro Catarata told Bukidnon Online that Verano’s death was a big blow to the city.

First Councilor Arlyn Ayon, a former broadcaster, has taken her oath to temporarily replace Verano.
