Valencia Bukidnon fiesta 2011 events
Apart from the Cueshe Live in Bukidnon concert, there are a couple other events that you guys might want to check out during the Valencia City fiesta celebration.
Valencia Bukidnon celebrates its annual fiesta every August 28 in honor of patron Saint Augustine. Every year, several events are held days before the actual fiesta.
On August 25, 26 and 28, basketball fanatics can catch games at the Valencia City Gymnasium. Now if you like to watch extreme sports, you might want to go to the Motorpool / Bagontaas area for the 2011 Valencia Fiesta motocross competition. The Motocross events will be held on August 26 and 28, 2011. Meanwhile, boxing bouts will be held on August 26, 2011 at the Plaza Rizal
On August 27, you can catch badminton matches at the Salay Sports Complex and softball games at the Oval.
There will be a body building competition on August 23, 8 PM at the Plaza Rizal. See buffed bodies on Tuesday night!
The Miss Valencia Tourism 2011 coronation night, on the other hand, will be held on August 24, 2011, 7 PM at the Valencia Bukidnon gymnasium. Cheer for your bets!
Now if you’re in the mood for a little dancing, bring your friends over at either the Plaza Rizal or the Valencia Bukidnon gym for disco! A parade will also be held around the city proper on August 27 starting 8 AM.

August 27 – marathon, 6:30 AM, Valencia City Central Elementary School / talent competition, SAIT gym, 7:30 PM / battle of the bands, Plaza Rizal, 7:30 PM / Hiyas ng Bukidnon finals, 8 PM Valencia City gym
August 28 – bike competition, 6 AM, Oval / sing and dance contest, 1 PM Plaza Rizal
