Just to be clear – this isn’t exactly fresh news. I’ve seen this Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) ATM machine weeks ago but it was only just recently that I got the chance to take a photo. RCBC does not have a branch in Malaybalay City, Bukidnon’s capital. They do have a branch in Valencia City, though.

Anyways, this RCBC ATM machine can be found at Mandani Arcade, located along Fortich Street in Malaybalay City. This is good news for RCBC account holders since there will be no bank charges if you withdraw or do balance inquiries through an RCBC ATM nationwide.
