Quezon, Bukidnon LGU starts disinfection measures

The local government unit of the Municipality of Quezon, Bukidnon has started its efforts to disinfect various areas in order to address the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic.

The Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) led the disinfection measures. Employees went to the municipal hall, at the Nuestra Senora del Pilar Parish Church and other public spaces. The employees also disinfected public utility vehicles such as bao-bao and jeepneys.

As of this writing, there are no confirmed COVID-19 patients in Quezon, Bukidnon.

Meanwhile, other Bukidnon municipalities and cities have also started their own measures in order to prevent the spread of the virus. Malaybalay City also established its own screening area for patients with colds, cough, fever, diarrhea and other respiratory health concerns.
