A total of 5 including 3 minors were arrested for an alleged rape incident in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon. Two men of legal age and the 3 minors are accused of allegedly raping a 13 year old girl. The suspects were arrested last Tuesday, December 20, 2016.

According to an ABS CBN news report, 22 year old Jaypie Janio, 18 year old Elimark Pitogo and the 3 unnamed minors are now with authorities. The 13 year old victim reported the alleged rape to barangay officials.

According to the victim, she met the suspects during a barangay disco party at Zone 4, Barangay Mantibugao the night before the incident.

She reportedly admitted to authorities that she drank alcoholic beverages with the suspects and that she was led to a nearby school.

It is unclear if the 3 minors will also be charged with rape but the other 2 of legal age will be charged.
