Malaybalay City, the capital of Bukidnon, will soon have a new police chief. This, after P/SUPT Erwin Meneses reportedly completed his tour of duty.

The new Malaybalay City police director is Supt. Oscar Jacildo.

According to a press release from the regional office of the Philippine National Police, Jacildo was a member of the PNP Academy Batch 1995.

Currently, Jacildo serves as deputy director for operations at the Provincial Police.

Jacildo will be installed as the new Malaybalay City police chief via a formal turnover of command.

Jacildo will be the new police chief when the 2012 Kaamulan Festival starts.

The Kaamulan 2012 will have its soft opening on the 18th.
