Kaamulan Festival included in ASEAN tourism event calendar

The yearly festival that gathers Bukidnon’s 7 hill tribes has been included in the official ASEAN Tourism event calendar. Bukidnon’s Kaamulan Festival has been spotted as one of the events listed under March 2015 in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN)’s website.

If planned really well, the Kaamulan Festival and the Province of Bukidnon can benefit from this especially since the ASEAN is composed of 10 countries namely Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. Moreover, the year 2015 is seen as crucial since it will be the year of the much-awaited ASEAN Integration.
