FICCO Manolo Fortich-assigned security guard shoots 19-year old
A security guard assigned at First Community Cooperative (FICCO) – Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon branch shot a 19-year old last July 5, 2009. Rufino Petalcorin, a security guard under the Padla Security Agency, shot 19-year old Sammy Boy Caamulan, a resident of Barangay Kalugmanan, Manolo Fortich.
Caamulan, who was rushed to the Bukidnon Provincial Hospital – Manolo Fortich is reportedly now out of danger.
The shooting incident reportedly occured at around 5:30 pm of July 5, 2009. Motive is still unknown.
Caamulan was allegedly just sitting in front of a store when Petalcorin came and shot him.
What makes this Bukidnon crime news report a bit baffling is the fact that Petalcorin, who was allegedly cornered by two members of the Manolo Fortich Barangay Public and Safety Officers, was still able to escape custody. Recovered from Petalcorin was a caliber .38 pistol.
