Ex Senator Migs Zubiri does the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge – Bukidnon style
Former Senator and Bukidnon 3rd District Congressman Juan Miguel Zubiri finished the ice bucket challenge, a viral video challenge that supposedly aims to raise awareness about a disease called ALS or Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (which causes the progressive degeneration of the motor neurons, which control muscle movements) and also aims to raise funds for the ALS Foundation. These viral ice bucket challenge videos have already been shared on Facebook and Twitter millions of times (more than 1.2 million on FB and 2.2 million on Twitter) and a lot of prominent personalities all over the world have already done the ice bucket challenge.
Migs Zubiri finished the ice bucket challenge in how he called “Bukidnon style.” He used lots of ice from his Z-Ice Plant. He then nominated his friends that include Senator JV Ejercito and Congressman Sherwin Gatchalian.
Migs Zubiri shared this video with Bukidnon Online:
“Okay, I would like to thank my best friend Raffy Ladao for nominating me for this great cause to defeat Lou Gehrig’s disease and so i accepted the challenge but Bukidnon style. Since its an ICE bucket challenge where you need lots of ICE then Z-ICE Plant is the place to be. (sorry for the shameless plug haha). I also nominated Gerry Santos of Mr. Freeze Tube Ice who is my mentor in the Ice business (you’ve got to do it Partner) and my buddies Sherwin Gatchalian JV Ejercito, my brother Manuel Zubiri and my uncle Albert Alonso. Lets not just get dunked but donate to the cause so here it is and i hope you guys enjoy! Defeat ALS!”
