CONFIRMED: Comelec reso saying Zubiri is disqualified a fake
BUKIDNON NEWS – It’s confirmed. The so-called Commission on Elections (COMELEC) resolution that allegedly claims that Bukidnon gubernatorial candidate Jose Ma. Zubiri, Jr. is disqualified from running is a fake.
Copies of the bogus COMELEC resolution started to circulate around Bukidnon early today, May 13, 2013, the day of the Philippine national elections.
Bukidnon COMELEC supervisor Atty. Carlito Ravelo said that the document is fake. Ravelo agreed with Bukidnon Online’s observation that an official COMELEC resolution should be signed by the COMELEC chairman and the commissioners and not just by one person, much less a “secretary of the commission.”
