Bukidnon sugarcane planters, sugar millers converge online

The Bukidnon Planters’ Association, Inc. (BPA) now offers its members a high-tech platform where Bukidnon sugarcane planters, Bukidnon sugar millers as well as other Bukidnon sugarcane industry stakeholders can converge online.

bukidnonplantersThe BPA, a non-stock, non-profit corporation, now has a website. There, you may find the services offered by the BPA, current board directors and members of the BPA as well as the current prices of various classes of sugar as well as molasses. As you can see in the website, Bukidnon Online is also one of its partner websites.

The Bukidnon Planters Association was organized and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 8, 1976.

The organization, which caters to around 4,000 planter-members farming an area approximately 10,000 hectares in the provinces of Bukidnon, North Cotabato and Lanao del Sur, was organized to serve the sugarcane planters in their relations with Bukidnon Sugar Milling Co., Inc., (BUSCO) the first sugar mill in the province of Bukidnon and the second in Mindanao as well as with Crystal Sugar Milling Co., the second sugar mill in the said district of Bukidnon.
