Bukidnon SP OK’s plan to buy 12 brand new vehicles
PROVINCIAL BOARD, BUKIDNON PROVINCE – The provincial government of Bukidnon is set to purchase 12 brand new vehicles for various government officials including the governor and vice governor.
Bukidnon’s Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) has approved a resolution to grant Bukidnon Governor Jose Ma. R. Zubiri, Jr. the authority to buy vehicles for the Bukidnon Governor, the Bukidnon Vice Governor and pick-up vehicles to be used by various Bukidnon government department offices.
Vehicles previously owned and used by the provincial government were sold last year.
Majority of the vehicles previously owned and used by the provincial government was composed of 4×4 Toyota Hi Lux pick-up cars.
A well-placed source at the Sangguniang Panlalawigan said that the money to be used in buying the said vehicles will be taken from the supplemental budget. (Bukidnon News)
