Are these birds more of menaces or blessings? This is what Malaybalay City, Bukidnon residents are now asking after hundreds, if not thousands, of birds are seen settled on the live wires along Fortich Street, the city’s main thoroughfare.

Interestingly, the birds are only seen in the evenings. And as you can see, they have certain, seemingly fixed distances between them!

These birds may be fun to look at but in truth, they leave their smelly droppings along the street. Pedestrians and vehicles also tend to be victims of these winged creatures.

Anybody know what the scientific name of these birds is? Are these migratory birds? If so, I wonder where they come from?
