Kibawe native kills boat crew member
BUKIDNON NEWS | MUNICIPALITY OF KIBAWE – A native of Kibawe, Bukidnon, who works as a boat captain, has been accused of killing a member of his boat crew. Trephone Tabura, 26, a resident of the Municipality of Kibawe, allegedly killed fishing boat crew member Ronald Calimpong, 27. The crime reportedly happened at a mini wharf along Baliwasan Seaside, Zamboanga City.
The victim reportedly sustained multiple gunshot wounds on the different parts of his body.
Authorities recovered a Federal trademark caliber .45 pistol with magazine, loaded with 5 pieces of ammunition, from the suspect.

Initial investigations disclosed that the victim, the suspect, and another man identified as Larry Patrimonio, had a heated argument at the scene of the crime. The tiff led to the suspect pulling out the pistol and then shooting the victim.
