Valencia Water District appeals for on-time payments despite bill due extension
The management of the Valencia City Water District (VCWD) has announced a 30-day water bill payment extension period for dues supposed to fall within March 23 to April 20, 2020.
However, VCWD also appealed to its consumers to still make on-time payments so they can still “sustain” their operations.
In an advisory, VCWD also said that they will be waiving the 10 percent penalty charges but only within the extension period. There will also be no disconnection for overdue accounts until the end of the extension period.
