Bukidnon is, apparently, the biggest source of marijuana in Northern Mindanao. The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) reportedly bared this info recently during the burning of 600,000 pieces of marijuana plants. Yup, that many marijuana plants were confiscated by authorities from alleged natives who did
