Valencia Water District appeals for on-time payments despite bill due extension

The management of the Valencia City Water District (VCWD) has announced a 30-day water bill payment extension period for dues supposed to fall within March 23 to April 20, 2020. However, VCWD also appealed to its consumers to still make on-time payments so they can
