New Bukidnon State University President formally installed
Dr. Oscar Cabanelez, the new Bukidnon State University President, has been formally installed. An investiture was held at the BSU campus. Dr. Cabanelez, who was elected last January 8, 2015, replaced Dr. Victor Barroso, who has been BSU president since 1999. * Photo courtesy of
