MALAYBALAY CITY, BUKIDNON – I had the privilege to witness a special event last Friday, March 20, 2009. Malaybalay City Mayor Florencio “Doc Boy” Flores, Jr. spent time with students of the Malaybalay City Central Elementary School SPED program. He treated some 80 children, along
