Klook.comDSWD initially projected 11,825 beneficiaries, but only 10,513 names were submitted by local government units. Of these, only 9,888 were validated.

Validation measures will be enforced during the payout to ensure that the Php 5,000 cash assistance will only reach eligible drivers.
During the payout, the driver should present a valid license and identification card. Drivers with pending license renewals may still qualify, subject to verification through the Land Transportation Office portal. If the license renewal is ongoing, the cash aid will be released. If there is no pending renewal, no money will be released. The government agency will still encourage the drivers to renew their licenses instead.
