Rebel leader in Bukidnon surrenders
BUKIDNON NEWS – A team leader of the rebel group New People’s Army (NPA) has surrendered. Adaser Linggay Dela Mansi, 42, voluntarily surrendered Thursday night. Dela Mansi, who uses the alias “Flores,” surrendered at the 403rd Infantry Brigade in Barangay Aglayan, Malaybalay City. Dela Mansi brought with him a Carbine rifle, ammunition and magazine.
According to the military, Dela Mansi is a member of Section Committee 89 of the CPP/NPA/NDF operating in Cabanglasan and in adjacent barangays in Malaybalay.
