Only Bukidnon 3rd District Rep. Jose Ma. “Joey” Zubiri III had perfect attendance.
Rep. Joey Zubiri’s name was among those read in the chamber and he also received a Parker ballpen as token.
Out of the 283 congressmen at the HOR, only 43 congressmen registered perfect attendance. Out of the 43, only 7 congressmen were from Mindanao.
