MALAYBALAY CITY | BUKIDNON NEWS – Hi everyone! Just a very quick update to let you know that there will be a Christmas Lighting ceremony tonight at the Plaza Rizal, Malaybalay City.

The Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony is virtually an annual event held in Malaybalay City and it is usually led by the City Government of Malaybalay. As we’re typing this blog entry, it’s still raining cats and dogs so we’re guessing the Christmas Tree Lighting activity will be slightly delayed.

Also, the month-long night cafe at the Freedom Park (Barangay 4 Covered Court) will also kickstart tonight, December 1, 2011. Just like last year and the years before that, the Malaybalay City Night Cafe features various booths/business establishments and there usually are musical acts that perform every night.

Some members of the Bukidnon Bloggers Group will be there to cover both events. See you guys!
