BUKIDNON ONLINE | BUKIDNON NEWS – A drug pusher was arrested in the Province of Bukidnon, news reports say. Police arrested a certain Joel Bacalso, 40, in an operation but the second suspect, a certain Roel Bernas, managed to escape.

Authorities recovered at least 10 kilograms of marijuana from Bacalso. Police consider the suspect as “notorious” as he has been arrested because of illegal drug cases before.

Bacalso’s arrest was made possible through the efforts of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) – Northern Mindanao led by Lt. Col. Edwin Layese and the 10th Regional Public Safety Maintenance Battalion of the Philippine National Police headed by Senior Inspector Baldwin Sokoken, Jr.
