BUKIDNON NEWS | BUKIDNON ONLINE EXCLUSIVES | BUKIDNON ELECTION WATCH 2013 – Two independent candidates were the very first ones to file their official certificates of candidacy (COCs) today, October 1, 2012, the very first day of filing.
Independent candidates are those who do not belong under a political party.
Bukidnon Provincial Commission on Elections (COMELEC) officials told this Bukidnon media outlet that Delfina D. Bicatulo filed her candidacy for Bukidnon Governor at 3:03 PM today.
