Ex Bukidnon gubernatorial candidate Allan Bigcas arrested
The National Bureau of Investigation arrested ex Bukidnon gubernatorial candidate Lynard Allan Bigcas yesterday morning at around 10:45 AM. The arrest was made in connection with his smuggling case in Cagayan de Oro City.
NBI agents arrested Bigcas by virtue of a warrant issued by Justice Roman del Rosario of the First Division of the Court of Tax Appeals. According to authorities, Bigcas failed to make bail before so an arrest warrant was issued.
