Quezon Bukidnon mayor reportedly gets political support from vice, barangay captains and councilors
BUKIDNON NEWS | QUEZON BUKIDNON – Well, the campaign season may not have formally begun yet but we here in Bukidnon can already see the “initial movements” among political parties, allies and what-nots.
Take the case of the Municipality of Quezon, Bukidnon.
Reports state that the majority of local officials in the area has confirmed their support to incumbent mayor Stewart Leonardo. Leonardo is keen on running for town mayor in next year’s national elections.
According to Bukidnon Daily news, a total of 31 barangay (village) captains and 8 councilors plus the incumbent vice mayor allegedly signed a covenant stating their support to Leonardo and his administration.
Bukidnon Online has yet to receive a copy of the said covenant.
